The Lunar Mandala is a diary, agenda and book created by and for women, with the purpose of facilitating a greater connection with our body and also with the earth and the natural cycles, rescuing and uniting traditional and contemporary knowledge, art and self-knowledge in a healing and transformative tool for women. The Mandala is organized from the union of the solar and lunar calendar bringing greater connection and perception of the cycles that are manifested in nature inside and outside us.
The book brings tools for the daily recording of the physical, emotional and energetic sensations that circulate in us, making us more aware and aware of ourselves. By observing nature and its cycles we are then able to assume our own cycles as sacred, divine, and completely natural. The purpose of the Lunar Mandala is to sow knowledge directed to women, and from a spiritual vision and values of care with life and with the Earth, to provide self-knowledge, healing and contribute to a culture of collaboration and love as a principle.
“KNOWING OURSELVES EMPOWERS US ON MANY LEVELS ... EMPOWERS US BOTH IN THE WAY WE DEAL WITH OUR INTERNAL PROCESSES AND IN HOW WE MANIFEST IN THE WORLD.”
Women in menopause , pregnant women and women who for any other reason do not menstruate, can still do the Mandala. In this case, they should observe their patterns according to the phases of the moon, not based on the menstrual cycle.
Every moment we receive our menstrual blood, something that is being finalized, finished, and completed in us and / or in our lives. As we become more connected to this cyclicity and ourselves, we begin to realize that there is a greater wisdom there that concerns the processes of healing and growth as women in a woman's body. A wisdom that teaches us about the times of life, of death, of rebirth; and that has nothing to do with dates, Gregorian calendar, numbers or pre-established patterns. A wisdom that manifests itself, even though we are not aware of it.
It is interesting to think that there is no right or wrong cycle and no better cycle than the other. There is no need for its cycle to occur always in the same period, always with the same amount of days, or always in the same phase of the moon; just as there is no need for it to be on any particular moon or moon. The best perspective we can have in this study is that our body is wise and it will bring us signs, messages about what we are living on a deeper level; using the menstrual cycle as a tool to get to know and situate oneself with more awareness in the truth that manifests in you, to you, to each new moment ... and as it is.
